Refund policy

We will gladly refund the full purchase price on Bonblissity products purchased at retail through our website, within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any free product or gift received with the main order must also be returned to receive a full refund within 30 days, or the cost of the free product will be deducted from the refund. Products purchased with a Bonblissity Gift Card are eligible for online store credit only.

3. Product returns are processed and refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving the product at our warehouse. Please note that refunds may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to appear on your credit/debit account statement. Products purchased through a Bonblissity authorized retailer, must be returned to the store or spa where it was purchased. Return policies will vary by vendor. We do not authorize retailers to place Bonblissity products on personal marketplace resale sites such as ebay and Walmart. So if you are purchasing there, we cannot guarantee that the product is Bonblissity brand, nor can we guarantee the freshness or safety of the products.
